Calibration and Repair Services
JWJ is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited and a Waygate Technologies (formerly GE Inspection Technologies) Authorized Service Provider and Certified Service Center. Our service center is factory trained for the calibration and repair of Krautkramer instruments. Our technicians take pride in offering the same quality service provided by the manufacturers with the added bonus of costing less.
We quote a normal turnaround of 3-5 business days for all calibrations with priority service available. In order to ensure timely calibration, we offer a once-a-year reminder program for each unit we service.
All repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty. Our service center complies with all NIST and ISO-9000 standards. Here at Jess W. Jackson & Assoc. Inc. we take great pride in our work, and consider it a personal challenge to keep each unit in proper working condition as long as possible.
