Service

Our service center is factory trained for the calibration and repair of Krautkramer and Zetec instruments. Our factory trained technicians have 30+ years of experience in electronics, which allows us to offer the same quality service provided by the manufacturers with the added bonus of costing less.

We quote a normal turnaround of 5-7 business days for all calibrations with priority service available. In order to ensure timely calibration, we offer a once-a-year reminder program for each unit we service. In addition, we also provide custom computer systems to interface with your ultrasonic units for reading or writing parameter sets, data logger contents, etc.

All repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty. Our service center complies with all NIST and ISO-9000 standards. Here at Jess W. Jackson & Associates we take great pride in our work, and consider it a personal challenge to keep each unit in proper working condition as long as possible.
