USN Series Flaw Detectors

The USN series ultrasonic portable flaw detectors features high resolution (640 x 480) color LCDs, 60Hz update rate, and "single shot" measurement technique to produce a fast, smooth response.

The USN 58L and 58R offer users a choice of a transreflective “color” LCD for optimum viewing in direct sunlight or a hi-brite EL display for optimum cold climate and indoor use. The USN 60 combines the powerful advantages of digital design with the detailed dynamic echo information that was previously only possible with an analog display.

USN 58R / Specs

Contains electroluminescent screen. Ideal for use in workshop due to its very high contrast screen, and low temperature environments.

 
USN 58L / Specs

Contains reflective color screen. Ideal for outdoor use with difficult viewing conditions due to direct lighting. Ultra-fast screen refresh rate and optimum UT performance with Square Wave Pulser.

UltraDOC 4.x

UltraDOC 4.x is an easy-to-use Windows™-based ultrasonic flaw detection analysis software designed to simplify the transfer, storage and printing of the USN 60 and USN 58R ultrasonic flaw detectors' data and reports. Reports can be easily generated to Microsoft Word, Excel, or in HTML format.
